Cast
- Lon Chaney Jr. (The Wolf Man) … Alex Gregor / Gregor the Great. The hypnotist, who believes he unwittingly caused the death of a skeptic. He then abandons his career, and goes to work at a wax museum. He’s holding an extended pity party for himself.
- Evelyn Ankers (Ghost of Frankenstein) … Maura Daniel. Alex’s fiancée and assistant, who’s apparently psychic when hypnotized.
- Milburn Stone (Gunsmoke) … George Keene. Alex’s business manager.
- Douglass Dumbrille (Cardinal Richelieu, Abbott and Costello in the Foreign Legion) … Inspector Brant. He doesn’t consider Alex responsible for the death of the skeptic. However, he does suspect him when Mme. Monet goes missing.
- Martin Kosleck (House of Horrors) … Rudi Polden. The sculptor and curator of the wax museum. He talks to his wax figures …. And seems jealous of Alex.
- Elena Verdugo (House of Frankenstein) … Nina Coudreau. Valerie’s niece. She also has romantic designs on Alex. It seems like every female in this movie does!
- Tala Birell (Bringing Up Baby) … Mme. Valerie Monet. The owner and operator of the wax museum. She clearly has romantic designs on Alex.
- Arthur Hohl (The Devil-Doll) … Skeptic. The drunken, obnoxious bore that volunteers to be hypnotized. Although he’s convinced that he can’t be hypnotized. And soon drops dead. An alcoholic, with heart problems.

The Frozen Ghost (1945): Things are certainly not what they seem when a hypnotist takes refuge in the spectacular mansion of a female friend who made her money from a creepy wax museum.
