Hotel Transylvania aims at a juvenile audience. Complete with the fart jokes and low humor that we’ve come to expect from Adam Sandler. And that’s a real pity. It’s actually a much better film than that.

The Croods

Frankly, I found the first hour of The Croods (2013) to be cliched, and formulaic. And it wasn’t until the final third of the movie that I began to enjoy it. But when I got to that point, it was well worth watching.
