In The Curse of Frankenstein, Baron Victor von Frankenstein is facing execution for the murders that he has committed.   He tells the story of how he came to this point, telling his story in flashback. The story of how he learned to reanimate the dead. In an act of hubris, he decides to go beyond that He constructs a composite man from a variety of parts looted from corpses.   Along the way, his amoral decisions cause death and misery.  He has alienated his best friend and fiance … Who come by to say farewell.

Synopsis of  Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man

Larry Talbot, the unwilling Wolf Man, is returned to life with the unwitting help of grave robbers.  He wishes only to die, in order to avoid hurting anyone else as the Wolf Man.   So, he gets the help of the old gypsy from the original Wolf Man film. He is striving to get the assistance of the reviled Dr. Frankenstein … A man who supposedly discovered the secrets of life and death.   The doctor isn’t available, but Talbot uncovers his monster (played by Bela Lugosi).  With a confrontation between the two monsters being inevitable.

 Van Helsing (Hugh Jackman) is working for the Vatican as a monster hunter. The Vatican in this film is a holy MI6. They even have their resident Q named Carl (David Wenham) who also doubles as this film’s comedy relief. They sent Van Helsing, and Carl to help the last of the Valerious family line destroy Dracula. If they should fail nine generations will be trapped in purgatory for all of time. In Romania, during a vampire attack, they meet Anna Valerious (Kate Beckinsale), and they learn her brother Velkan Valerious (Will Kemp) has been killed by a werewolf. Adding to their problems they must find a cure for lycanthropy before the next full moon. Unfortunately, Dracula (Richard Roxburgh) has the only cure. A serial killer drains his victims of their blood. A Communist dictatorship, where people are being killed by what looks like the Vulcan nerve pinch.
